The 6 week online Stress Less Program introduces various strategies to help you reduce stress and anxiety, improve your energy, and support your overall physical and mental health.

We believe in a holistic approach – focusing on your stress, anxiety, and lifestyle factors and how these may impact your gut health.

Our group program provides the opportunity to learn techniques to improve your wellbeing – as well as receive support from others sharing your journey.

Let us introduce ourselves.

Fiona is a Nutritionist, Holistic Counsellor and Transformational Life Coach. And Rebecca is a Nutritionist and Healthy Food Expert.

Together, we operate Informed Health Nutritional Wellbeing.

We live and breathe all things nutrition – and regularly connect with our community by speaking about health and nutrition on the radio and in workplaces, gyms, and schools.

Informed Health - Australian Online Nutritionist consultations

Our e-Book is a core part of the program and will be referred to throughout our educational live and Q&A sessions.

The contents include:

Who is this program for?

This is a general program aimed to help you learn skills to reduce and manage stress and anxiety, and generally improve your mood.

It’s aimed at women aged 18 and over, however men are also welcome to participate. 

The Stress Less Program provides nutritional and lifestyle tips, and gives you the opportunity to review the stories you’re currently telling yourself – and start creating new ones. 

Even though Fiona is a Holistic Counsellor, this program is NOT therapy, does NOT include one to one consultations, and is NOT a diagnostic course. 

If the course brings up some emotional baggage, we recommend seeing a mental health professional, to work through your issues in a one-to-one environment. You may choose to work with Fiona, who is available for individual consultations, or it may be a psychologist. Talk to your GP for the best steps forward.

Who this program is not for

This program is not for treatment of complex and severe eating disorders and/or mental health disorders.

When does the program start and finish?

See above for the start and finish dates for our next round. 

We’ll run this program regularly throughout the year, so if the above dates don’t work for you, add yourself to the waitlist here. 

You’ll be notified when the next round opens up for enrolment.

What will I receive when I enrol?

After your initial enrolment, you will receive confirmation of your booking. Please let us know if that isn’t the case. 

The link for the e-Book and the link to join our private Facebook group will be in the confirmation email. 

The Facebook group provides you access to regular talks, Q&A sessions, general discussion, support, and information throughout the 6 weeks.

Do I need to read the e-Book?

No. However, the e-Book is an essential part of the program and all of our live videos will discuss the featured content. 

So if you wish to get the most from the program, we highly recommend reading it. We promise it’s an easy read!

How long do I have access to the program Facebook group?

While the program itself runs for 6 weeks, we’ll keep the Facebook group going for approximately two weeks following the end date. 

Afterwards, we’ll encourage you to join our bigger group

Is there an eating plan provided in this program?
No. However, you’ll receive some dietary guidelines and advice to support both your mental and gut health.
What’s included in the live videos?

We’ll share 2 x Facebook live videos each week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays during the program. 

During these videos, we’ll go through the tools and strategies outlined in the e-Book and answer all your questions. 

You can be involved and ask lots of questions or simply be an observer. It’s totally up to you. 

What if I’m unable to watch the live videos?

If you’re unable to tune into the Facebook live videos, that’s okay! 

They’ll be saved into the group, so you can watch the replay at a time that suits you.

How much support will I receive on the program?

Every week, we’ll provide educational videos on the Tuesday, followed by a Q&A video on the Saturday. The Q&A session gives you the opportunity to ask all your questions. 

We’ll also regularly check in and interact within the group to ensure everyone has all the information they need. 

Please note – Since this is a group program, so we won’t be providing individual therapy of any kind.

Is there an exercise component to the program?

No. We are nutritionists and not qualified to give specific exercise advice. 

However, exercise is important for physical and mental health – so we do recommend that you aim for 20 minutes of movement each day. It’s up to you whether you prefer walking, running, dancing, swimming, yoga, going to the gym, or something else. Just get that body moving!

What if I have a mental health condition?

We are not psychologists or psychiatrists – so we are not diagnosing or treating mental health. This program does not replace therapy and may potentially trigger issues for people who are not mentally stable. 

It’s best to do a program like this if you’re already having therapy and ready to discuss what you learn within a safe therapeutic space.
