Love Your Gut program
Heal your gut with our Love Your Gut program and the guidance of our experienced nutritionists.
This program will help you identify some likely causes of symptoms and digestive issues such as:
irritable bowel syndrome
We will then help you treat these conditions and reduce the symptoms naturally.
We would love to help you.
The Love Your Gut program is a small group program (so spaces are limited) designed to heal your gut and teach you how to reduce those gut symptoms for good.
We believe in a holistic approach and focus on how your food, stress and lifestyle factors may affect your gut health.
- A 6-week program run within a private Facebook group by our experienced nutritionists.
- Email support with our nutritionists.
- Weekly education talks. (If you can’t watch them live, they’ll be available to watch in the group at any time throughout the program.)
- Weekly Q&As to answer all your specific questions about gut health.
- Eating plans, recipes and shopping lists designed to heal your gut by our nutritionists.
- The option to add one or more one on one consultations with one of our nutritionists (at $97 per consultation) where we can answer your private questions and recommend personalised supplements (if needed).
We have been using these eating plans, recipes and strategies successfully in our clinic for more than ten years, and would love to share them with you.
Our next group starts on Monday 7 February 2022.
Your investment to start healing your gut is $97 for early birds or $147 full price.
Note: One on one consultations and supplements aren’t included in the price of the program

You’ll find the start date of the next round at the top of the page. We run this program regularly throughout the year so if that date isn’t suitable you can join our waitlist to be notified when the next round opens for enrolment.
How long do I have access to the program's Facebook group?
The program runs for 6 weeks, and we keep the Facebook group going for about 2 weeks following the program. After that we will encourage you to join our bigger group.
What will I receive when I enrol?
Close to the start date you will receive an e-book via email. This e-book will contain eating plans, recipes, shopping lists and loads of information on wellness and digestive health. You will also be invited to join our private Facebook group either directly or in an email.
Is the program suitable for people with coeliac disease or non-coeliac gluten sensitivity?
Yes, our plans and recipes are all gluten-free.
Is the program suitable for people with lactose intolerance or dairy sensitivity?
Yes, our plans and recipes are dairy-free or provide dairy/lactose-free options.
How much support will I receive on the program?
Each week in the Facebook group we’ll run a educational session, as well as a Q&A session where we will answer everyone’s questions. We will also be checking in regularly and interacting with the group to ensure everyone has all the information they need. The groups will be kept small to ensure you get all the support you need.
If you’re in Australia, you can add one or more (one on one) telehealth video consultations with one of our nutritionists at an extra cost. These are ideal if you need more personalised help or would like us to recommend specific supplements/probiotics that may help you heal.
Is the program suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, it can be adapted for vegetarians.
Is there an exercise component to the program?
No, we are nutritionists and not qualified to give exercise advice. However, we do recommend you aiming for 20 minutes of movement each day. You can choose whether that is walking, running, dancing, swimming, yoga, going to the gym or whatever movement you prefer. Movement helps keep your bowel moving, and can help clear any painful wind.
Does this program cater for those on Paleo or LCHF (low carb healthy fat) diet?
What if I have a health condition or other medical problems?
This program is suitable for most people, But if you are unsure, check with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or talk to your GP before signing up for the program. You may choose to add one or more one on one telehealth video nutrition consultation for extra support.
What if I take medications?
his program is suitable for most medications. However, you may choose to add a telehealth video nutrition consultation so we can discuss any concerns with you. We can also assess whether supplements are a safe option for you.
If you are on blood thinners you may need to check with your GP, as it is not a good idea to add lots of greens to your diet if you are on medications such as Warfarin.
If you are on blood pressure medication or diabetes medication, you may need to see your doctor for a review throughout the program. This program may naturally lower your blood pressure and blood glucose levels, therefore reducing your need for diabetes or blood pressure medications.
If you are on insulin, you definitely need to be supervised by your GP. People who are Insulin-dependent need to be supervised to do this program. Following this eating plan will likely reduce your need for insulin, which may put you at risk of experiencing hypos if you continue with same dosage of insulin. You must check your blood glucose levels several times a day to monitor your need for insulin.
Always seek advice from your GP.
Do I need to take supplements or protein powders?
You do not need to take supplements. However, some of our smoothie recipes include a protein powder. We will advise you on the best brands. If you prefer not to use protein powders you can choose one of our other breakfast options.
Can I keep taking my supplements or protein shakes?
If you are using supplements such as protein shakes, we recommended you discuss this with one of our nutritionists. You may benefit from adding a one-on-one consultation where you can provide us with names/brands of supplements so we can advise you.
We are qualified nutritional medicine practitioners, and experienced in safely and appropriately prescribing good quality nutritional supplements if they are needed.
Is the program covered by Medicare?
Is the program covered by Health Funds?
Health funds generally don’t cover online nutritional programs or telehealth video consultations. It is best to check directly with your health fund.
Who can this program help?
This program is suitable for helping people with general digestive issues improve their digestion and reduce/remove symptoms. This program is not for treatment of complex and severe digestive diseases. Complex digestive diseases require much more individual consultation time. If you are unsure please contact us to clarify. You can email us at email@example.com or phone (02) 4722 2111.
