Complete Protein Balls

Ingredients

8 medjool dates (pits pulled out)
2T coconut water (room temperature if possible)
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1 cup blanched almond meal
1/4 cup Miessence Complete Protein
1/4 cup cacao

 

Method

1. Soak the medjool dates in coconut water for approximately 10 minutes
2. Place the medjool dates, coconut water and melted coconut oil into a food processor. Process on a medium speed for approximately 30 seconds
3. Continue to process and gradually add in almond meal, protein powder and cacao. Process until it forms a batter
4 Take approx. 1T of the prepared mixture and press together and roll in the palm of your hands to form a ball
5. Place into a container and store them either in the fridge or freezer
