Have you almost given up hope that you can figure out what is wrong? Nobody is listening to you or they think that you are making it up! You are at your wits end! Sometimes you react to certain foods and other times you don’t - so you don’t know what to eat! In this situation it is not unusual to end up with a very limited diet, trying to avoid the foods you think may be causing you a problem!

It is very likely that you have one or more food sensitivities. Most of us have heard of sensitivities to wheat or dairy - you can actually develop sensitivities to any food.

Even if your doctor has already tested and told you that your tests for lactose and gluten are negative, you could still be gluten or dairy sensitive or have other food sensitivities.

Some people experience constipation, others experience diarrhoea and some people find themselves regularly vomiting. Regular cramping pain is common, so is fatigue. Sometimes you can have all of these symptoms. Weight loss or weight gain can occur.

It is important to note that you may not have any digestive symptoms at all, some common symptoms are skin conditions, mood changes, anxiety, headaches, fogginess and feeling sleepy.
